Transmission lines
Transmission lines in North and East India

We acquired two inter-state 400kV transmission lines measuring 860ckm along with sub-stations and having a residual life of ~33 years. These lines provide power to states of Punjab, Harayana and Bihar. Involvement of our operational team has helped to improve their availability.

Highways
Highways in North-East India

We have acquired two annuity road projects from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways with a residual life of ~10 years, admeasuring ~60kms. The projects help to improve road connectivity in the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

Solar project
Solar project powering 5 Indian states

We have signed a partnership with a France based utility major whereby we acquired a majority stake in its 12 renewable assets in India with an aggregate capacity of 813MWp. This partnership provide us with quality assets with access to international best practices for solar assets.
