Located close to Electronic City – the oldest IT hub in India, we invested in 5 mid-income residential projects by an established developer in the micro-market. Projects launched comprise 3.2msft of which ~1.7msft has been sold. Our asset management team has been proactively engaged in product design, project launches and enabling sales.
